1. Thickness Test: Thickness of the coating must reach the specified standards, otherwise , it will seriously affect the normal life in the future and a wide range of test。If coating is too thin, products will lose their luster and reduce their use of time ；If coating in too thick, products will be prone to pinhole.The two occasions will affect other tests .The thickness of 9800 series , 9906 series and waterborne monolayer series suggest to be about （ 18-22）μ, Waterborne two-layer to be about (20—25) μ, Waterborne three layer to be about (25—35) μ.

2.Hardness Test: Each series of film-coating has its rigidity of the use of the standards, Corilon 9800 series’ rigidity is more or equalls to 3H (MITSUBISHI PENCIL), hot hardness is more or equalls to 1H (MITSUBISHI PENCIL). Corilon 9906 series , Waterborne one-layer, Waterborne two-layer, Waterborne three-layer contain fluoropolymer coating, fluoropolymer is soft, so the coating’s rigidity is more or equalls to 1H (MITSUBISHI PENCIL). Please ask the business department for detailed task instructions.

3.Balance observation:The film-coat of the coating’s balance and levelling (i.e levelling )effect have direct influece on the well-done and applicability of the product.If the film coat of the dishware is plimed, with no pinhole or orange peel phenomenon, their service life will absolutely up to the required time, or else, their service life will be shortened enormously .You can observe the phenomenon with magnifying glasses. Please ask the business department for the detailed operation data.

4.Salt mist test:This test is the most normative and common required test, so it holds very strict requirements on the testing coating and the pretreatment.Or else, the result would be greatly effected. Corilon 9800 series test on iron is 48 hours, aluminium 48 or 72 hours. Corilon 9906 series test on iron is 48 hours, aluminium 48 to 72 hours.Waterborne SL series test on aluminium is 72 hours and it’s not suggest to be used on iron. Please ask the business department for the detailed operation test temperature, salty water’s potency, the put position, pressure conditions, etc.

5.Designated cell adhesion test: The tests of Corilon 9800 series 、Corilon 9906 series、Corilon waterborne SL-M／W series must hold serious metal surface pretreatment , otherwise , the product’s service life will be effected greatly. It holds strict rules to use our trade’s dedicated scriber 、the potency dimention、the thickness of the scriber into the material and the distance between the scribing lines, then can get standard data.( Corilon 9800 series 、 Corilon 9906 series)tests are qualified if use 3-meter-tape ，pull 8 times continously and the tape remains the same. Corilon waterborne SL-M／W series test is more strict , use 3-meter-tape or the tapes of tension that is 3 times larger(our company use the latter tape) continously for 10 to15 times is qualified.
